Technical description of LMR600 roof
LMR600 external roof panel.Formed by cold rolling methods, the steel panels are made of 0.66 mm thick steel sheet. Steel quality S320. Covered with ALUZINC anti-corrosion coating. Modular width 600 mm, joint-rolling seam height up to 70 mm. Transverse grooves with 150 mm recesses ensure the possibility of walking. The inner layer of the roof covering – LPS painted profiled panel made of 0.54 mm steel sheet, steel quality S550.
Omega intermediate profiles.Ω-shaped galvanized steel brackets are fixed to the roof beams with self-tapping screws. The long “bridges” are made of galvanized steel and are fixed on the top of the Ω-profile with self-tapping screws.
Movable mounting system.The bracket with prepared cutouts is installed on the longitudinal “Z” of the roof, then the elements, together with the roof panels, are joined by rolling to obtain a double “screwed” seam, thus ensuring the free movement of the roof panels under the influence of contraction and expansion terms. The movement of the panels does not affect the load-bearing frame at all and does not cause tension, neither to the materials nor to the frame. Using a special electric thread joining and bending machine at the construction site, an extremely high joint of the panels will be achieved, like that of a Coca-Cola can.
ASTROTHERM thermal insulation.Astron supplies 300mm thermal roof insulation made from fiberglass mat. Density 16 kg/m3, coefficient of heat transfer from frame structures with thermal insulation 3.03-6, sq.m*C/W. ISOBLOCs are fixed between the panel and the longitudinal thus reducing the cold bridges to a minimum.
